Abstract
The entire history of Spain between the crisis of 1898 and the outbreak of her Civil War should really be as well konwn as the The Age of Intellectuals. Spain achieved a contemporary Rule of Law in 1931. But as a consequence of public debate about civil and politic liberties along the ending crisis of Restoration, and the contribution of jurists like Ramón Pérez de Ayala and the whole 1914 generation
