THE CIRCUMNAVIGATION OF MAGALLANES AND ELCANO THROUGH THEIR DOCUMENTS .
Abstract
The celebration of the fifth centenary of the first circumnavigation of the world is a great opportunity to carry out studies, with new approaches, on the heroic achievement that they did. The objective of this work is to acknowledge those primary sources that are conserved in the different archives and proceed to their dissemination.
Here, the documents are exposed with a direct link to the aforementioned event, what will favor new research on aspects that have not been dealt with so far and will help improve the quality of such investigation.
