Description Ihering. Cuadernos de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales, surge del Seminario de Estudios Europeos "Diego de Mendoza" de la Fundación Universitaria Española con el afán de ofrecer un espacio a la investigación avanzada en los ámbitos que ocuparon la actividad académica del profesor de la venerable Universidad de Gotinga. Desde luego, en todos los escenarios propios de las ciencias sociales. Pero, entre ellas, las ciencias jurídicas, y muy especialmente las disciplinas jurídicas básicas, comenzando por la historia del derecho, de las instituciones, y de la cultura jurídica.
